Data Robotics Raid Data Recovery

Our Data Robotics NAS pricing starts at £275+vat for single disk systems and from £500+vat for multi disk Data Robotics NAS systems. Price will depend on Data Robotics NAS system configuration. We are based in London so disk's can be dropped off or sent into us. We believe we offer the quickest and best Data Robotics NAS Data Recovery Expertise in the UK to recover from failed Data Robotics NAS systems. We have recovered from 1000's of Data Robotics NAS systems over the last 10+ years. Please call us on 0207 112 1770 to speak to one of our highly qualified engineers for an instant quote.

No matter what your Data Robotics NAS raid setup is we can recover the data. Whether it's RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 5, RAID 6, RAID 10 or RAID 50. If you don't know the configuration we will be able to advise you via email or over the phone.

We specialise in recovering data from failed Data Robotics NAS NAS-Raid systems including Data Robotics DroboElite, Data Robotics DroboPro, Data Robotics Drobo S, Data Robotics Drobo, Data Robotics Drobo FS.

We also recover data from all standard Data Robotics NAS External Disk systems.

We have been recovering Data from all Data Robotics NAS systems going back the last 10+ years.
Our expertise is 2nd to none and in 99% of Data Robotics NAS Data Recovery cases we recover all data.

We backup our expertise with our No Fix No Fee service so if we cannot recover your data we don't charge you.

Recovery Process:

Depending on the type of Data Robotics NAS system, the data recovery process can take several paths depending on the Data Robotics NAS configuration of your system.

In all cases all hard disks are imaged as part of our standard recovery procedure. This ensures the intergity of the original hard disk's.

We then work with the hard disk images to process the Data Robotics NAS system by recompiling the data. This process depends on your Data Robotics NAS configutation but often involves de-stripping or recompiling the hard disk images and then processing the data.

We are the only data recovery company that images all hard disks before and after de-stripping-recompiling to ensure the highest possible chance of recovering your data.

We recover Data Robotics NAS systems from all Apple Mac, Windows, Linux and Unix systems. So no matter whether its Apple HFS+, NTFS, Ext2, Ext3, Ext4, XFS or ZFS we can recover your data for you. We can also determine the Raid configuration if you are unsure.

Data Robotics NAS Raid Configuration:

Data Robotics NAS devices support several different data storage configurations, which provide the owner with different data protection levels and different recovery chances if the Data Robotics NAS NAS (Network Attacxhed Storage) systems fails.

RAID 0: This is the default for older Data Robotics NAS's NAS system's. Data is distributed across the drives. This is the best-performing configuration with maximum data capacity. A single drive failure causes loss of all the data. This method is gradually getting replaced with other raid configurations but is still being used in older Data Robotics NAS NAS systems.

RAID 1: Two shard disks are mirrored. This configuration provides great speed but only half of the potential storage capacity. This configuration is rarely used on Data Robotics NAS devices but we still see some Data Robotics NAS NAS systems with this configuration.

JBOD: Data on the Data Robotics NAS NAS System is spanned along all disks. This ensures full storage capacity and good performance. Single drive failure may cause all data loss. We also see this confirguration on older Data Robotics NAS NAS devices.

RAID 5: This is now the most popular and the default for the latest Data Robotics NAS NAS systems. Data is distributed across the drives using backward parity rotation. This configuration is fast but space equal to one disk's capacity is lost. The Data Robotics NAS NAS system will continue to operate normally even after single drive failure.

Data Robotics NAS Hard drive systems support different interfaces. Some of the interfaces supported include: Data Robotics NAS PATA Drives, Data Robotics NAS SATA Drives, Data Robotics NAS Portable Drives, Data Robotics NAS Mobile Drives, Data Robotics NAS IDE Drives, Data Robotics NAS SATA Drives, Data Robotics NAS SATA II Drives, Data Robotics NAS SATA 2 Drives, Data Robotics NAS SATA III Drives, Data Robotics NAS SATA 3 Drives, Data Robotics NAS eSATA, Data Robotics NAS SAS Drives, Data Robotics NAS SCSI Drives, iSCSI, Data Robotics NAS ESDI Drives, Data Robotics NAS Fibre Channel Drives, Data Robotics NAS USB Drives, Data Robotics NAS Firewire Drives and Data Robotics NAS PCMCIA Drives.

Data Robotics NAS disk's have been extremely popular over the last few years due to their good name and robust technology. While very good hard disk drives, Data Robotics NAS, like all other hard drives, they do fail. A sudden failure of the Data Robotics NAS system normally means that the raid configuration or electronics has failed in most cases.

Common Data Robotics NAS Error Messages:

  1. Clicking / Ticking / Scratching / Grinding Sounds
  2. Not spinning, Not powering on at all
  3. Drive not working after Power Surge
  4. Freezing or locking up the computer or buring smell from system
  5. Not detected by computer's CMOS/BIOS
  6. Water or Liquid spilled on Hard Disk
  7. Accidental reformatting of partitions, Accidental Deletion of Data, Virus Problems
  8. Hard disk is unable to be accessed ( Inaccessible drive or partition )
  9. Unable to boot computer due to system getting dropped.
  10. The disk is seen in Operating System but asking to be formatted
  11. Front red light on system not displaying
  12. Error reporting ' Primary Master disk failed, Press F1 to continue'
  13. User error such as NAS Re-Configuration
