IBM DK32EJ-72NW

Our IBM pricing starts at £275+vat. Price will depend on IBM system configuration. We recover 95% of all IBM hard disks for our standard price of £275+vat providing the disk does not have a mechanical failure. We are based in London so disk's can be dropped off or sent into us. We believe we offer the quickest and best IBM Data Recovery Expertise in the UK to recover from failed IBM systems. We have recovered from 1000's of IBM systems over the last 10+ years. Please call us on 0207 112 1770 to speak to one of our highly qualified engineers for an instant quote.
We specialise in recovering data from failed IBM MPG MPF and Notebook series Disks. Models including DDYS, DDYF, DPSS, DRHS, DMVs, DRVS, DRVL, DGHS, DNES, ICN030ATDA04-0, IC35L036UW210-0, DPTA-353750, DDYS-T36950, DTLA-305040, DTLA-305010, DARA-206000, IC25N010ATDA04-0, DJNA-351520, IC25N020ATCS04-0, DTLA 307075.
We also recover data from all standard IBM External Disk systems.
We have been recovering Data from all IBM systems going back the last 10+ years.
Our expertise is 2nd to none and in 99% of IBM Data Recovery cases we recover all data.
We backup our expertise with our No Fix No Fee service so if we cannot recover your data we don't charge you.
We recover IBM systems from all Apple Mac, Windows, Linux and Unix systems. So no matter whether its Apple HFS+, NTFS, Ext2, Ext3, Ext4, XFS or ZFS we can recover your data for you. We can also determine the Raid configuration if you are unsure.
IBM disk's have been extremely popular over the last few years due to their good name and robust technology. While very good hard disk drives, IBM, like all other hard drives, they do fail. A sudden failure of the IBM system normally means that the raid configuration or electronics has failed in most cases.
Recovery Process:
Depending on the type of IBM system, the data recovery process can take several paths depending on the IBM configuration of your system.
In all cases all hard disks are imaged as part of our standard recovery procedure. This ensures the intergity of the original hard disk's.
We then work with the hard disk images to process the IBM system by extracting the data.

IBM Hard drive systems support different interfaces. Some of the interfaces supported include: IBM PATA Drives, IBM SATA Drives, IBM Portable Drives, IBM Mobile Drives, IBM IDE Drives, IBM SATA Drives, IBM SATA II Drives, IBM SATA 2 Drives, IBM SATA III Drives, IBM SATA 3 Drives, IBM eSATA, IBM SAS Drives, IBM SCSI Drives, iSCSI, IBM ESDI Drives, IBM Fibre Channel Drives, IBM USB Drives, IBM Firewire Drives and IBM PCMCIA Drives.

IBM hard drives are widely known in data recovery for their line of IBM MPG hard disks several years ago that had faulty Cirrus Logic chips.
IBM drives have been infamous for their click of death hard disks in their Deskstar hard drives. The hard disks will in many cases be working 100% before then failing suddenly. The IBM disk will not be recognised by the Computer BIOS and sometimes the BIOS may identify them with their factory default names or they will not be recognised at all and will make a clicking noise.
These Deskstar hard disks, mainly the IBM DTLA and IBM AVER families, became infamous for their reportedly high hard disk failure rates. It is believed their problems were connected with the glass platters inside the hard drive case which store the data. After some time the magnetic layer started to fall off the platters creating dust inside the Head Disk Assembly that led to massive head crashes and a large number of bad sectors making the data inaccessible. We can recover data from these hard drives.
Common IBM Error Messages:
- Clicking / Ticking / Scratching / Grinding Sounds
- Not spinning, Not powering on at all
- Drive not working after Power Surge
- Freezing or locking up the computer or buring smell from system
- Not detected by computer's CMOS/BIOS
- Water or Liquid spilled on Hard Disk
- Accidental reformatting of partitions, Accidental Deletion of Data, Virus Problems
- Hard disk is unable to be accessed ( Inaccessible drive or partition )
- Unable to boot computer due to system getting dropped.
- The disk is seen in Operating System but asking to be formatted
- Front red light on system not displaying
- Error reporting ' Primary Master disk failed, Press F1 to continue'
Step 1
Send us your IBM Hard Drive to our postal address or phone us on 0207 112 1770 to arrange to drop of the disk to us. If you are posting in disk to us please send the Hard Drive via a suitable postage service along with your Contact Details (Full Name, Full Postal Address, Phone Number & Email Address).
