Retrieve Data From A Lenovo Desktop PC
LENOVO 3000 N100:
I want to put a Windows Vista operating system onto the Lenovo 3000 N100. However, I am having a bit of a problem with the current system. When I try to put the data on the system into a USB drive, it tells me that the port I have chosen is not in use. I have tried several different ports, and I can go into Drive Manager and see the USB with other data on it, but I can’t get it to recognise the drive when I want to save to it. This is causing me a lot of problems, and I don’t know what I can do to recover it.
LENOVO 3000 J SERIES:
I have a Lenovo 3000 J Series desktop computer. I am having a few problems with the start up system, which is preventing me from getting access to my desktop. When I turn on the computer, and go into the desktop and then open one of the folders, I see a small blue box in the corner of the screen, which says DDC/CI, and then Function Enable/Function Disable. So for example if I were to try to open a Word document, or try to read something on the computer folders such as the memory available, then I would get this box. It is stopping me from opening any of the folders, and I don’t know what it wants, or what the request means. At the moment, it is preventing me from getting access to data that I really want, and it is becoming a little bit of a pain in the neck.
